Country Pet Lodge cared for our 14 year old and 8 month old Westies while my husband and I attended a wedding. They took amazing care of both of our dogs. Our older dog is diabetic and they were able to accommodate his medical needs. I would definitely bring themBack to Country Pet Lodge again.

I am BEYOND happy with their service. I was told that my dog has a horrible temperament and that he is mean while being groomed by Petsmart (not shaming them) and that he was basically intolerable. When I called pet lodge, the nice young lady asked the questions she needed as a new customer & I advised that he has a history of aggression. She reassured me that they have many years of experience and they’re known for handling “rougher” dogs. I felt so much better after she told me that. When I got the call back that he was ready i was nervous to hear how he did but when I asked, the nice lady over the phone told me he did good, just a little nervous and let me know he can come back (: he looks great, smells wonderful, and is nice and soft. Thanks so much to everyone who handled my “mean” dog. He will be back!!! Highly recommend. 10/10.

This was the first time I used Country Pet Lodge and I was very pleased with the care and service my pups received. I checked on them while away and was able to speak to someone about their status and all was going well. The groomer did a great job for pick up day. The pups were nice and soft! So cuddly. They have another reservation for "doggy camp " in several weeks. I'm happy with the service that I booked again!

It was my dog Boons first vacation here. He had a blast! He was exhausted when he got home. Apparently he loved the pool and play time. Friendly staff. I felt comfortable and free to call and check in on him when I wanted. All of my questions and concerns were addressed. The next time I go on vacation he will too at Country Pet Lodge.

Donna, Kathy, and the team are awesome!! We boarded our dog there while on vacation. They were able to accommodate her health issues, including a special diet and administration of medicine. They have options for walking throughout the day and special treats. My dog was on vacation, too!!!

We boarded our cat (patches) at Country Pet Lodge and Salon, and we were blown away with their service. Staff is friendly and always happy to help. The service that they provided for my cat was unbelievable. They kept us informed at all times though phone calls and text messages when we were away, and they went out of their way to take my cat to and from the vet when he got a UTI. They genuinely care for the wellbeing of your pet. I am very pleased with the service. 100% recommend!

Boarded both my dogs here first time ever boarding them and staff was very welcoming. They gave my one dog the daily meds she needed they also kept me informed on how they were doing. I needed to extend their stays and they worked with me. My one dog went in with an ear issue that was treated by the vet I explained to them what was going on and unfortunately the treatment didn't work as expected. They immediately let me know and did what they could to keep her comfortable. Due to the medication my dog had developed some stomach issues temporarily they called to tell me what they wefe going to try a rice and chicken diet and other options to help. My situation was not the best but they really helped me I would definitely recommend country pet lodge.

We've been taking our dog here for the last two-ish years and I can't imagine taking him anywhere else. The facilities are clean, the staff is so kind and caring, and my dog always seems to come back happy (and tired, which is a tough one with an energetic dog like him). Our dog recently started some new medication and they were incredibly accommodating with giving it to him and also giving him an extra treat to encourage him to take it.I always love the report card and that they give suggestions for future visits.

It was the first time I tried this pet lodge. I wasn't disappointed. I have three senior pets ranging in age from 13 to 10 years. They took such great care of them as if they were their own. We got our nine-year-old cat shaved and groomed for the first time ever to help with her hairballs in the summer, and they were great! She was in and out in 30 minutes and they did a fantastic job. I was extremely nervous because our cat can be a bit... dramatic... but everything seemed to go without a hitch, and I am so impressed with their speedy professionalism. We were so happy with the service and the outcome, we will definitely be coming back here in the near future!

My dog Brody was recently diagnosed as diabetic and thus is now insulin dependent. The kennel he has been familiar with for 7 years cannot administer insulin shots so I was in a panic to find an alternative for boarding. The folks at Country Pet Lodge were patient with my 100 questions and were very willing to give Brody a trial overnight stay to make sure they could meet his needs. We brought our just over 1 year old Rough Collie, Scout here earlier this week. I was very impressed with the staff and their attention to detail. Donna did a great job making us feel welcome. Our groomer did a fantastic job trimming Scout’s body, legs and around his ears! His nails were trimmed expertly as well. Country Pet Lodge had him ready to go quickly at right around 2 hours.Scout even got out of his collar and decided to investigate the office due to having much less hair to hold it on. They didn’t mind and were very kind until I could get the collar back on him. There are toys, traditional and home made treats as well as pet supplies for sale as well. Very well kept and clean appearance too. The pricing is very fair which is an added bonus.I would consider us picky with where we take our pets and we’re devastated when Furry Tails (our previous groomer) closed unexpectedly in Deptford last year. Well it was great we found Country Pet Lodge. We will be coming back often and have found our new groomer! Thanks for a great experience for Scout!

I had my 92lb fur baby Travis board at Country Kennel for a week. Travis shared a kennel with my mom's yorkie Smokey. They seem to have a bit of a slow start due to being in a different enviroment, however quickly adjusted. The staff at Country Kennel were great when we called to check on our fur babies. We received lots of feedback and I felt super comfortable having them in a safe place while on vacation. The pups even got a report card, which I loved! Travis was groomed at the end of the week, he smelled great and his coat was very soft. I highly appreciate and recommend Country Kennel. thank you!

I was very pleased with my pets stay here! Bryce and Harper had never been boarded before and the staff did an excellent job of taking care of them. We appreciate the time and attention they showed them. When Harper had an upset stomach they called me and gave her rice and chicken. They also washed all her bedding. Lastly, when there was an error in the payment they noticed it and took it upon themselves to call and refund my payment. Very honest and caring. Thank you Country Pet Lodge!

We left our 6.5 yo golden retriever for 10 days. He had not been left anywhere for over 6 mos so we wanted a place that would love on our sweet boy. Country Pet Lodge & Salon not only gave him much love but they had written reports from everyone on his daily activities! I took my two German Shepherds here to be boarded for 5 days. They have never been boarded before, so I was very nervous about leaving them. I have nothing but positive things to say about our experience. The staff was very kind, helpful, and professional. We took our two cat fur babies here for the first time last week and were a little nervous about taking them away from their home environment for the week while we were away. We kept in touch with the staff via email and they responded quickly to our questions about how our cats were doing. We also had our cats groomed before we picked them up after their stay. We were very happy with the care the staff took of our cats and will definitely board there again. The staff treats your pets like their own 😻😻.

We are new to the area and needed a groomer for our Shih Tzu. It was very easy to call and set up an appointment for the following week. We were also able to email over the shot records ahead of time. Country Pet Lodge called the day before to reconfirm the appointment and give us instructions on how to drop the dog off due to Covid restrictions. Best kennel I’ve ever worked with! I run a foster based rescue and there are times when the foster placement falls through and we have to board dogs. We recently boarded three of our dogs here and it was the best kennel we have ever used. The kennel was extremely clean. The staff is professional, friendly and knowledgeable. They also understand the importance of long term boarders getting out of the kennel every day for walks and play time which I love. The owner is extremely kind and called me personally to check in on one of my rescues who wasn’t feeling well after spay surgery. I can’t say enough good things about this place. We found this wonderful place when we lived in Voorhees 12 years ago. Those who know me know how much I love my pet family members and only want the best for them. When we were looking for a place to bring our Teddy when we went away, we found Country Pet Lodge as it was close to us at the time. From the day we walked in to the day we picked him up, we knew he wouldn’t go anywhere else. Even when we moved an hour away before we moved back 30 minutes closer, we didn’t hesitate in driving there to bring him to a place we trusted and that he loved going to.

The staff is amazing and the amenities offered are great (Teddy loves his Friday night Pizza and Sunday morning bagel breakfast.) He also gets his daily romp n stroll where he can play and take a walk outside. When he’s due for a haircut, they can do it during his stay and he comes out smelling delicious. Just yesterday, we picked him up and he smelled like cherry 🍒 pie, wearing the cutest bandanna. (In response to a ridiculous review I just read, yes, all of this stuff is extra but it’s more than affordable and you can completely customize your stay in terms of amenities. The daily boarding rate is also almost too reasonable for the care and peace of mind that is given.)

I think the best part is when we get the recap of his stay there, hear them calling “Teddy to the front” and see him trotting down the hall with all of his doggie friends barking their goodbyes. It’s like his own personal vacation away from us too. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my Teddy and haven’t for 12 years now. All we have to say is “Teddy, ready to go to Country Kennel?” and he starts running and nipping at our legs to get going.

We couldn’t recommend this place more!!!

We just had our baby(a 55lb+ lab) Fozzie stay there this past week and we couldn’t have been happier! He did really well for his first time ever being away from his family. We called to check on him and they were sooo friendly and didn’t mind at all they let us know honestly how he was doing and even suggested a bath before he leaves because he couldn’t quite get the hang of going on the “outside” to use the bathroom. When I picked him up he looked and smelled amazing and his nails were grinder perfectly, he didn’t take a pound of flesh off when he jumped up like he usually does. I feel so comfortable and safe taking him back there. As far as pricing goes, it’s absolutely reasonable, I got quotes at some local places(I live in south Philly) and it was more than country pet lodge and we would get less room for him to be in so it didn’t make sense. We cannot wait to send him back when we need to go away! Thank you for taking such good care of our little(big) baby
