How often should I have my pet groomed?
It depends on your pet’s breed, coat type, and lifestyle. Many pets benefit from grooming every 4–8 weeks.
Do you groom senior or nervous pets?
Yes! Our groomers are trained to work patiently with pets of all ages and temperaments. Let us know your pet’s needs and we’ll accommodate them.
What vaccines are required for grooming?
Dogs must be current on rabies, distemper, and Bordetella. Cats need rabies and FVRCP.
Do you offer grooming for large breeds, doodles, or double-coated dogs?
Absolutely. We’re experienced with all coat types, sizes, and breed standards. Want something custom? We do that, too!
Can I request a specific haircut or style?
Yes! We’re happy to follow your preferences. Our groomers can also recommend cuts based on your pet’s coat and lifestyle.
Do you offer grooming/bathing packages?
We certainly do. Most pet parents want the benefit of multiple services while their pet is here, so we’ve put together several packages for your convenience and savings.
How do you groom cats?
We tailor each grooming session to the individual cat. Services may include a gentle bath, blow-dry, brushing, mat removal, nail trimming, and haircut if requested. We work calmly and efficiently to keep the process smooth and comfortable.
Can you groom my puppy or kitten?
Of course! We offer introductory grooming sessions for puppies and kittens to help them build confidence and comfort with the process. These gentle, shorter appointments focus on positive experiences and basic grooming essentials.
